I tell you what. You start the topic in the MW Censorship group and put it to a vote. I'll review it over a 24-hour period. If the vast majority of Community members demand an apology for my use of the word "frag," then I will publicly apologize in that forum. So far, you are the only one that I've heard from regarding this specific word.
And for the record, I didn't threaten anyone -- I warned. If you don't think folks should be warned before their accounts are deleted, then put that to a vote as well.
I am already reviewing the user/moderator process and have already removed the moderating ability on some members. I will continue to review them and yes, the whole process is under review -- as it had been before this whole flare up began.
Please give my Les my regards-

I am afraid I decline to put it to a vote that may be rigged under the existing system.
In my view, your actions and use of the term "frag" are certainly "inappropriate" and for many of your senior managers that date from the Vietnam era, in no certain terms, convey a threat of violence that is in violation of the law in every state of the nation.
You may dispute your intent (mens rea), but you have admitted to the threat (actus rea).
I am extending the deadline to 9:50pm ET for you to consider the above proposal, which I believe to be fair and reasonable settlement of all issues outstanding.
If I do not hear from you, I will act accordingly in the morning.
Let's hope Mr Murdoch do not have to deal with another Daily News Cartoon like incident.
