There is 6 million gallons of new refinery capacity coming on line for diesel, and most of it wil be in the southern U.S. Also, the U.S. Govenment was allowing under the past administration 1.8 million gallons of diesel to be EXPORTED per day.

  2. The one thing that one has to remember about diesel, is refueling. Diesel fuel is oily and does not evaporate off surfaces like gasoline does. This means at a self serve station the ground will be slick and oily as the pump handle will also have oily residue on the the surface. This is not something to do in a suit before a business meeting, haha.
